ORDER
MA No. 1508 of 2026 This application has been filed for condoning the delay of 756 days in filing the Review Application. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed. Delay of 756 days in filing the Review Application is condoned. RA No. 35 of 2026
This application has been filed for review of order dated 12.08.2026.
Vide said order, the request of the applicant for conduct of Re- Assessment Medical Board (RAMB) was allowed. The respondents were directed to get the RAMB conducted within a period of three months from the date of order and thereafter assess the eligibility for grant of disability element. Learned counsel for the applicant has failed to point out any error of law or fact apparent on the face of the record. Thus, the Review Application is rejected.
