ORDER

RA No. 32 of 2026

This application has been filed for review of order dated 20.08.2026 passed in the Original Application.

Perusal of the record shows that vide aforementioned order, the claim of the applicant for re-instatement into service was rejected by passing a speaking order. All aspects of the claim were considered.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the order deserves to be reviewed because two arguments raised by him have not been considered.

Even if that is so, it does not furnish a ground for review. Review jurisdiction is exercisable only if there is an error apparent on the face of record, new material has come to light which was not available despite exercise of due diligence or for any other sufficient reasons.

The ground urged by learned counsel for the applicant does not fall under any of the categories referred to hereinabove. Thus, the Review Application is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
