ORDER
The applicant superannuated on 30.11.2024. He was in a permanent low medical category on account of disabilities of (a) ‘Subarachnoid Hemorrhage from Posterior Communicating Artery’, the extent of which is not known as the relevant page of the Release Medical Board (RMB) has not been annexed. It has, however, been declared to be neither attributable to nor aggravated by military service, (b) ‘Other Primary Arthrosis of First Carpometacarpal Joint (RT)’, the extent of which is also not known because the relevant page of the RMB has not been annexed. This disability too has been assessed to be neither attributable to nor aggravated by military service and (c) ‘Other Primary Arthrosis of First Carpometacarpal Joint (LT)’, the extent of which is also not known due to the earlier reasons and has been assessed to be neither attributable to nor aggravated by military service. Composite extent of all the disabilities has been found to be 24.76% for life. Claim for grant of disability element has been rejected as all the disabilities have been assessed to be neither attributable to nor aggravated by

military service. Primary contention of learned counsel for the applicant seems to be that the earlier Categorization Medical Boards had assessed the disabilities to have been aggravated by military service. The extent was also found to be 30%.
Learned counsel for the applicant, however, prays for time to place on record the relevant page of the RMB.
Adjourned to 06.01.2027.
