ORDER

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that CWP No.1641 of 2026 filed by the Union of India has been disposed of by the Hon’ble High Court vide its order dated 23.04.2026. The writ petition has been disposed of in terms of judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court in Union of India and others versus Balakrishnan Mullikote (Ex. HAV 256812 M) Civil Appeal arising out of diary No. 27446 of 2023 decided on 24.03.2026. The respondents were directed to pass an appropriate order with regard to the claim of the applicant. A copy of speaking order dated 27.06.2026 has been handed over in the court and is taken on record .

By virtue of said order, the claim of the applicant has been rejected. Thus, the submission is that the order under execution has been implemented The applicant is not entitled to grant of condonation of short fall in service.
