This application has been filed for condoning the delay of 1611 days in filing the Original Application.

For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed.

The applicant has been administratively dismissed vide order 26.03.2021 passed by the Station Commander. The action was taken on the basic of finding of a Court of Inquiry (C of I) and reply submitted by the applicant to a show cause notice issued to him. According to the finding of C of I, the applicant permitted himself to be photographed in compromising position with a subordinate. The same was subsequently circulated amongst the unit personnel. It was also found that he borrowed money from said person and failed to repay the same on time.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
