This application has been filed for placing on record speaking order dated 08.09.2026. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed and speaking order dated 08.09.2026 is taken on record. OA No. 3282 of 2017
Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that claim for grant of disability pension has been rejected because the applicant was not invalided from service. His discharge was actually on completion of terms of engagement. The applicant was promoted as Naik (TS) on 01.05.2011. Upon the said promotion his terms of engagement were automatically converted to 17 years. He, however, prays for time to place on record necessary documents.
