Learned counsel for the applicant and for respondent No. 5 submit that Non-Payment Certificate has been issued, however, the period has been wrongly mentioned. It should have been w.e.f. 09.02.2000. Actually, it has been issued w.e.f. 01.07.2014.
Learned counsel for the respondent No. 5 submits that a short adjournment may be granted for the said purpose. Correct Non-Payment Certificate will be issued within two weeks from today.
