ORAL ORDER
In the present case, the applicant is challenging the impugned transfer order dated 24.06.2026.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the official respondents submits that during the pendency of the present original application, the applicant has been retained at the present place of posting i.e. the same place they are working. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present OA.
3. The aforesaid submission has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the applicant on the instructions received from the applicant.
4. Taking into consideration the aforesaid submissions, the Original Application is disposed of accordingly.
