ORAL ORDER
1. Rule. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives serviceof rule on behalf of the respondent-State.
2. By way of the present application preferred through jail,the applicant-convict has prayed to release him on parole onthe ground of preferring an appeal against the conviction orderpassed by the learned Special POCSO and 4[th] AdditionalSessions Judge, Vadodara dated 30.07.2021.
3. Considering the gravity of the offence and thepunishment imposed, no case is made out to entertain thepresent application seeking parole leave. Hence, the presentapplication stands rejected. Rule is discharged.
