2. The petitioner is aggrieved by Office Order dated 26.12.2024 (Annexure P-6), in terms thereof, he has been transferred from GSS Lohara, District Mandi, H.P. to GSS Kanaid, District Mandi, H.P. The petitioner has assailed this order, inter alia, on the ground of ill-health of his child.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that the posting of the petitioner is just adjacent to where he presently was serving, i.e. within 10 kilometers, no case is made out to interfere with the transfer order. However, it is observed that now as the petitioner has been posted at GSS Kanaid, District Mandi, H.P., he may be allowed to complete his normal tenure of three years at the said station.
