Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record instructions memo dated 05.12.2024 from the Director of Elementary Education. As per these instructions, due and admissible revised pay-scale arreas and revised DCRG have been paid to the petitioner. Instructions memo is also accompanied by office letter dated 03.12.2024 from the Block Elementary Education Officer, Shimla, addressed to the Director of Elementary Education, Shimla, giving details of bills passed by the District Treasury Officer, in case of the petitioner for paying revised pay-scale arrears and revised DCRG. 13.11.2024 addressed to the Director of Elementary Education, in this regard, has also been appended with the instructions memo. The above documents indicate that the judgment in question stands complied with. This contempt petition is accordingly closed. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged. However, it is left open to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for redressal of her surviving grievance(s), if any.
