The proceedings in the case at hand were instituted on 8th July, 2021. The trial Court vide order dated 29.07.2022 had granted interim maintenance to the present petitioner. Feeling aggrieved by the same, the present respondent had preferred an appeal. In the appeal so filed, the amount of maintenance had been reduced from Rs.10,000/- to Rs.8,500/- vide impugned order dated 10.03.2023. Feeling aggrieved by the aforesaid reduction, the present petition had been preferred against the impugned order dated 10.03.2023.

2. Admittedly in the case at hand, proceedings before the trial Court had not been stayed. 2 evidence on behalf of the petitioner is going on before the trial Court. Both the counsels submit that they would be satisfied, if proceedings pending before the trial Court are expeditiously disposed of within six months from today.

3. In view thereof, the present petition is not pressed by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the pending lis inter se the parties as expeditiously as possible within a period of six months from today, subject to convenience.

4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed alongwith all pending applications, if any.
