Counsel for the Appellant on the other hand submits that he has received the reply on behalf of the Respondent No. 1 recently and some adequate time be granted. We thus permit that the appellant may file the rejoinder to the Reply filed by the Respondent No. 1 as well as to the reply which may be filed by the Respondent No. 2 till the next date of listing.
