We accordingly permit. Ld. Counsel for the Respondent No. 2 prays for and is granted one-week time to file the reply with an advance copy to Ld. Counsel for the Appellant who in turn if so wish may file the rejoinder within one week thereafter. Ld. Counsel for the Appellant on the other hand submits that he has received the reply on behalf of the Respondent No. 1 recently and some adequate time be granted. We thus permit that the appellant may file the rejoinder to the Reply filed by the Respondent No. 1 as well as to the reply which may be filed by the Respondent No. 2 till the next date of listing.
