1. 1. The instant appeal is filed for transfer of T.S.A. bearing no. 16/2024 titled as **Sh. Dharamveer Singh V ICICI Bank Limited & others** from DRT-I, Delhi to another DRT in alternative for issuance of direction for expeditious disposal of the T.S.A. bearing no. 16/2024.
2. 2. Ms. Reena Jain Malhotra, Counsel for the appellant, during the course of the argument confined the relief only for seeking direction to the DRT for expeditious disposal of T.S.A. bearing no. 16/2024.
3. 3. Accordingly, the DRT is directed to decide the T.S.A. bearing no. 16/2024 as early as possible without any unnecessary delay and preferably on or before 30.06.2027. The application stands disposed of.
