1. 1. Ms. Ritu, Counsel for the appellant stated that she has already filed application bearing I.A. No. 1667/2026 for withdrawal of the present appeal and also filed vakalatnama on behalf of the appellant. It is stated that the outstanding dues of subject matter of the present appeal has already been settled and no dues certificate has also been issued by the respondent no 1 on 15.05.2024.
2. 2. In view of the submissions made by the Counsel for the appellant, the present appeal along with pending applications, if any, is allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn due to the settlement arrived at between the parties.
