Thereafter matter was placed on objections board to remove the objections on 10.07.2026. Matter was adjourned to 05.08.2026, 01.09.2026, 19.09.2026, 07.10.2026 and 17.10.2026. On 19.09.2026 and 07.10.2026 and 17.10.2026, Ld. Advocate for the applicant was given last chance to remove the objections, however, till date objections have not been removed.

In view of this, Dairy No. 633/2026 (CA) is required to be declined for registration.

The Registrar is empowered to decline the registration of the matter by following Section 5(4) of the DRT

(Procedure) Rules, 1993.
