This application is filed to condone the delay of 36 days in filing this appeal. The order dated 21.10.2026 passed by this Tribunal in the delay condonation application is complied.

Therefore, IA 1225 of 2026 (Delay) is allowed.

In view of the nature of various issues involved in this appeal, DRT-II, Karnataka at Bengaluru may proceed to hear OA No.743 of 2024 but defer passing order, till further orders of this Tribunal.
