In the light of the arguments canvassed by the Learned Counsel for the 1st Respondent, this Tribunal directs the Learned Counsel for Appellant Bank to produce (i) the loan application, (ii) sanction proceedings, (iii) mortgage documents and (iv) other relevant documents connected with the sanction of loan. Learned Counsel for Appellant Bank is also directed to produce the approved/un- approved plan with a sketch of the building constructed on the mortgaged land. Sd/-
