Learned Counsel for the Petitioner/Appellant Bank and R1 are present. R2 to R4 are given up.

This application is filed for condoning the delay of 17 days in filing this appeal.

It is the submission of the Learned Counsel for Petitioner Bank that this appeal is filed against the order passed by the Learned Presiding Officer, DRT, Madurai in IA 4835 of 2025 in SA No. 338 of 2019 on 18.5.2026. The delay had occurred because of the time consumed in obtaining the certified copy, collection of necessary documents, preparation of appeal papers, and finalising the pleadings. The delay is neither willful not wanton but due to reasons stated above. Thus, she seeks to condone the delay.
