Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the interest of justice this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation before respondent No.4 with further direction to the said respondent to decide the representation Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the prayer so made by the petitioner without adverting to the issues raised in the petition on merit, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file the representation before respondent No.4 and in the event of any such representation being filed within a period of four weeks from today, then respondent No.4 after giving an opportunity for personal hearing to the petitioner shall decide the same within eight weeks.

4. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stands disposed of.
