This regular bail petition arises out of FIR No.199/2021 dated 21.11.2021, registered at Police Station, Bhuntar, District Kullu, H.P., under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to submits that he is under instruction to withdraw the petition, as the petitioner intends to move learned Trial Court for grant of regular bail in view of the change in circumstances. Accepting the prayer, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
