In this case, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that vide orders passed by NCLT in IA No.654/2026 in CP(IB) No.13/BB/2024 dated 08.09.2026, the CIRP was allowed to be withdrawn under Section 12A of the IBC, and the petition CP(IB) No.13/BB/2024 was dismissed as withdrawn by NCLT. In view of the same, nothing survives to be considered in this appeal, and accordingly, the appeal will stand closed.
