2. As already sufficient time has been given to Respondent No.1 to file reply, we only grant three working days’ time to the Respondent No.1 to file reply, failing which no further opportunity for the purpose of filing reply shall be given.
3. We further notice the notice was issued to BSNL – Respondent No.2 and same is stated to be in transit (not served). In this regard urgency is shown by learned counsel for the Appellant.
4. As requested by learned counsel for the Appellant service on the Respondent No.2 - BSNL may be affected by hand i.e. Dasti. Steps in this regard may be taken within 24 hours.
5. Having regard to the request made by learned counsel for the Appellant, he is permitted to file an appropriate application with an advance copy to learned counsel for the Respondents.
