2. IA no.293712026 has been filed by the applicant bank for withdrawal of the present OA.

3. The Ld. Counsel for the applicant bank submitted that the defendant has group accounts with applicant bank and during the pendenry of the present TA, the defendants entered into a OTS Scheme for the settlement of all group accounts including the present TA as well. It is submitted that as per the terms and conditions of the said OTS, the defendants have duly paid the agreed final settlement amount of Rs.15,22,0t41- to the Applicant Bank. It is submitted that the applicant bank acknowledges the receipt of the full and fina! settlement amount as per the OTS terms and confirms that all dues against the defendants in this matter stand fully satisfied and discharged. Therefore, she seeks permission to withdraw the present OA.
