The claim of the petitioner Bank recoverable from the Defendant amounts to Rs. 12,13,843.52l- plus further interest. The parties have amicably settled dispute at Rs. 11,80,000/-. In view of the compromise arrived between the parties the TA is disposed of in terms of the settlement. Bank may file separate applicatlon before Reglstrar for refund of court fees.
