For the respondents: M/s Sumesh Raj, Dinesh Thakur and Sanjeev Sood, Additional Advocates General, Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of present proceedings, the petitioner has sought the execution of order dated 31.12.2018, passed by erstwhile learned Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, in O.A. No.7028 of 2018, titled as Sh. Bishan Dev Versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others.
2. In terms of the reply filed to the Execution Petition, the appropriate authority stated to have passed appropriate order in compliance to the order passed by learned Tribunal on 30.03.2019.
3. In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present proceedings be closed, but with High Court of H.P. 2022:HHC:16535 ::: Downloaded on - 01/11/2026 04:15:12 :::CIS
2 liberty to the petitioner to assail order dated 30.03.2019 as per law, if so advised.
4. Present proceedings are ordered to be closed, with liberty, as prayed for, so also the pending miscellaneous applications, if any.
