Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Petitioner, presently in custody, as an accused in FIR No.20/2021, dated 24.01.2021, registered under Sections 20 and 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Balh, District Mandi H.P., is seeking regular bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the learned trial Court at the first instance. Prayer being innocuous has not been opposed by learned Assistant Advocate General.
