CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL MUMBAI Order Sheet Item no.: 3 O.A./771/2026 (NAGPUR) [ CHARGE SHEET ] Court No.: 1 No of Adjournment: Order Dated: 27/10/2026 DINESH GANPATRAO Y WAGHMARE Vs CENTRAL GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (CGST)

For Applicant(s) Advocate : Shri I A Fidvi h/f Shri A M Sudame For Respondent(s) Advocate : Shri Bhaskar D Pandit Order of The Tribunal We have heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was punished in earlier inquiry for not producing caste certificate. The applicant did not challenge it and has undergone the said punishment. Now, the respondents have served another Memorandum on the applicant leveling the same charges that he has not furnished the information proforma E and F for making application to the Caste Scrutiny Committee for validation of caste certificate. From these two charge memorandums, it appears that second charge memorandum is on identical charge as that of the charge in the first inquiry. In this view of the matter, we deem it appropriate to stay the inquiry till the next date.

3. Issue notice to the respondents returnable in November 2026, Circuit Bench Sitting at Nagpur for reply.

4. Learned counsel, Shri Bhaskar D. Pandit waives notice for all the respondents. Dasti
