She is directed to submit the same by way of an affidavit and also clarify that the notification/SRO by which COMBRAX has been given power to allot the quarters in view of para 17 of the order of the Tribunal in OA No.12/2023 decided on 25.11.2025 in the case of Kunal Vilas Parab Vs. Union of India and Others which was handed over by the learned counsel for the applicant across the bar and supplied the copy of the same to the learned counsel for the respondents on 15.07.2026.
