Hon’ble Mr. Justice Mohammad Rafiq, passed the following:
O R D E R
The petitioner approached this Court challenging the order of his transfer dated 07.12.2021 (Annexure P-2). The petitioner is working on the post of Lecturer (Biology). He was transferred vide the aforesaid order from GSSS Majheen, District Kangra to GSSS Marhi, District Mandi, against private respondent No.3.
2. When the matter was listed before this Court on 23.12.2021, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a vacant post of Lecturer at Nagrota Surian, District Kangra and the petitioner would be agreeable to be posted at that place, particularly because there is CBSE affiliated school available for admission of her child in Class V.
3. Today, learned Additional Advocate General on instructions submitted that an order has been passed by respondents on 27.12.2021, posting the petitioner against the vacant post of Lecturer at Nagrota Surian, District Kangra.
In that view of the matter, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
