O R D E R
The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for change of electricity line from his courtyard to his own adjoining land. Without going into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a representation to the Executive Engineer-respondent No. 4, who shall consider and examine the matter in accordance with the relevant rules & guidelines and pass a speaking order within a period of 15 days from the date of submission of the representation alongwith copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
