O R D E R
Reply on behalf of respondents stands filed, wherein it is stated that case of the petitioner has been considered and rejected by the competent authority vide office order dated 22.12.2021.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in Office Order Dated 22.12.2021, there is reference of consideration of case of the petitioner in compliance of order passed by the Court in CWP No. 7972 of 2012 and rejection thereof vide order dated 3.12.2012, which was not in the knowledge of petitioner. She further submits that for redressal of grievance, petitioner would intend to file fresh High Court of H.P. 2021:HHC:15524 ::: Downloaded on - 01/11/2026 15:07:08 :::CIS
COPCT No. 36 of 2021 2 comprehensive petition, including assailing of order dated 22.12.2021 and 3.12.2012.
3. In aforesaid circumstances, present petition is closed and disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition for redressal of his grievance.
