Consequent upon the order passed on the previous date, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record the written instructions. Annexed thereto is the office order dated 18.12.2019, whereby the petitioner has now been adjusted against the leave vacancy in Government High School, Gharna, District Kangra, H.P. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has even joined duties at the transferred station. The writ petition is, therefore, not pressed and the same is accordingly disposed of as not pressed, so also the pending application(s), if any. (Dharam Chand Chaudhary)
