2. By way of this petition, a prayer has been made for transfer of petition, i.e., O.A. No. 1460 of 2017, titled as Anju Bala Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, which was filed by the petitioner before the erstwhile Himachal Pradesh State Administrative to this Court. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment?
