By way of present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought a direction for transfer of OA No. 1298 of 2019 titled Puja Sharma v. State of HP and Ors, to this Court.

2. Without going into the maintainability of the petition in its present form, in the interests of justice, this Court deems it fit to direct Officer on Special Duty (Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal) Himachal Pradesh to transfer the record of above case, within a period 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
