By way of present petition filed under Art. 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought a direction for transfer of OA No. 6741 of 2016 titled Dr. Vishal Pathania vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, to this Court.

Without going into the maintainability of the petition in its present form, in the interests of justice, this Court deems it fit to direct Officer on Special Duty (Himachal Whether reporters of the Local papers are allowed to see the judgment? .
