2. A perusal of the order dated 3.12.2019, Annexure R-I, annexed with the compliance affidavit shows that the case of the petitioner has been found to be squarely covered by the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 6309 of 2017, titled Sunder Singh vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others and connected matters, decided on 8th March, 2018.
3. Let consequential action in terms of the decision arrived at by the respondents themselves be taken by processing the case of the petitioner for pension and the same thereafter be released by respondent No.4 within a period of three months from today.
4. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
