Prayer:- Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, praying to initiate contempt proceedings under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, against the respondent herein for her wilful disobedience to implement the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.25165 of 2023, dated 04.04.2025 and punish the respondent.

ORDER
Alleging that the order of this Court dated 04.04.2025, made in W.P. (MD)No.25165 of 2023 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner’s request for issuance of patta was rejected by the respondent vide proceedings dated 12.12.2025, on the ground that the land in Survey No.185/2 had already been assigned to one Uthan Mallaiya, S/o.Patharai Chettiar. It was further submitted that certain buildings have been constructed on the said land and that no further lands are available in the village for assignment to the petitioner.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said proceedings, if he is so aggrieved. (K.SURENDER, J.)
