Hon’ble Ms. Harvinder Kaur Oberoi, Member (J) It is noted that the order dated 12.10.2026 passed in W.P. No. 15116/2026 by the Hon’ble Court has a bearing on the present Contempt Petition (C.P.) wherein order of the Tribunal has been stayed till the next date of hearing.
2. In view of the aforesaid developments, the present C.P. is closed. However, liberty is granted to either of the parties to seek revival of the present C.P., as and when the need arises, in accordance with law.
