Mr.A.R.Suresh, learned Special Government Pleader, brought to the notice of this Court that the respondents have carried the matter in appeal against the order dated 18.07.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17463 of 2012 and the learned Division Bench, vide order dated 22.07.2026, granted interim stay in W.A.No.2022 of 2026.
