Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the parties have arrived at a settlement and they have also entered into a Joint Memo of Settlement dated 29.10.2026 in E.P.No.3241 of 2015 in O.S.No.4759 of 2008 on the file of learned XVI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. Hence, learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these revisions and has also filed a memo dated 30.10.2026 to that effect. The Joint Memo of Settlement dated 29.10.2026 has also been filed. Recording the memo dated 30.10.2026, these civil revision petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
