ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by ABDUL QUDDHOSE J.) Learned Counsel for the appellant has addressed a letter to the Registry, requesting the Registry to list this appeal under the caption “for withdrawal”. Learned Counsel for the appellant is also present today. He would submit that the parties have settled the matter out of Court.
