ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam, J.) The learned Government Advocate relying on the status report filed by the respondents would submit that the pipeline causing flood to the land belongs to the petitioner had been removed. In this regard, photographs taken during and after removal have been enclosed.
2. The respondents are directed to ensure that no such illegal pipeline has been laid by any person hereinafter causing flood in the agricultural lands. If any other illegal pipelines are identified, the same also to be removed.
