Today, the matter has been listed under the caption “for being mentioned” on the ground that there is an inadvertent mistake that has crept in Paragraph No.4 of the order. Therefore, Paragraph No.4 of the order dated 05.10.2026 shall be replaced as follows:-

4. Considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner and considering the fact that the suit has been pending from the year 2021, there shall be a direction to the V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, to dispose of OS No.526 of 2021 within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
