2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully perused the materials available on record.

Considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner and taking note of the fact that the issues are yet to be framed, the learned III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore, is directed to dispose of the suit in OS.NO.826 of 2024 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
