O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam,J.) This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to R1 & R2 to remove the encroachment made by R3 to R8 in the Government Porampoke land, including Water Canal in S.No.159/2, situated at Latchiyam Village, Thenthorasalur Post, Kallakurichi Taluk and District.
2. With reference to the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1 and R2, on instructions, would submit that Authorities conducted survey and identified encroachments in the subject land. Notices have also been issued to encroachers on 26.10.2026.
3. That being the factum, Official Respondents are directed to continue enforcement action by following procedures as contemplated under the relevant Statute and Rules in force and remove encroachments. The entire exercise is directed to be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
