ORDER
Sale Deed dated 09.04.2021 was executed in favour of the petitioner pursuant to the Judgment and Decree dated 21.11.2016 in O.S.No.585 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli. Pursuant thereto, the petitioner submitted a representation seeking modification of the property tax assessment relating to the property purchased by him and the water tax assessment. The petitioner seeks directions relating thereto in the present Writ Petition.
2. Accepting notice for the respondents, Mr.A.Sivanu Pandian, learned Standing Counsel for the Tirunelveli City Municipal Corporation, submits that the petitioner's request would be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.
3. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
