ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N.Sathish Kumar J.) This miscellaneous petition was filed to direct the Official Liquidator to hand over to the petitioner possession of the building retained by him situated in land comprised in S.No. 1434/1B, 1453/1b, 14153./1c, and 1453/1d, in extent 3.84 acres or thereabouts and bearing no. 3-1-47 cumbum road, Theni.
2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this petition since the possession is already taken over. Such statement is recorded.
