ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.23755 of 2019 dated 30.06.2021.
2. Heard Mr.A.Parthasarathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.R.Poornima, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the order dated 03.06.2021 passed in W.P.No.23755 of 2019 has been complied with. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has gone through the compliance order and has not raised any objection in closing the Contempt Petition.
